Listed Building Consent
A Listed Building is one which enjoys special protection under planning regulations because of its architectural or historic interest. Beware, it is a criminal offence to undertake work of certain types without consent!
There are various Grades of Listed Buildings and it is important to discuss with us or your local council any building works which might affect a Listed Building, its grounds or outbuildings.
What will Easton Bevins do?
We can discuss your proposal with the local authority to decide whether an application for Listed Building Consent is appropriate. If it is, then we can:
- Prepare the necessary drawings
- Compile evidence in support of the application
- Undertake Heritage Statements, if required
Easton Bevins deal with a number of Listed Buildings ranging from Grade I to Grade II. We have vast experience with submitting Listed Building Consent and are more than happy to discuss any potential works.
